About the app
Summer Logbook is a free, personal tool provided by Mekoce Walker to help the families he tutors keep a summer reading-and-writing logbook. It is offered as a courtesy, not as a commercial product.
Accounts
An adult (a parent, guardian, or tutor) should set up and supervise a child's use of the app. Keep your password private — you're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.
The tutor's access
If you use an account to sign in, you understand that the tutor (Mekoce Walker) can view the logbook, read-only, to support the child's learning. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored and shared.
Using it well
Please use Summer Logbook only for its purpose — logging summer reading, writing, and activities. Don't try to break, overload, or misuse the service, upload anything unlawful, or access logbooks that aren't yours.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is," without guarantees. It may have occasional downtime or bugs. Please keep your own copies of anything important to you (for example, photos) — we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Mekoce Walker is not liable for any lost data or damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) Summer Logbook.
Changes and availability
We may update, pause, or discontinue the app at any time, and may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do.
